This was a great museum. Entry price was really reasonable and it was really cool to have it start before the Scottish even left home. The people speak Gaelic which is a neat little addition and they are knowledgeable when you ask them questions. Views...More

Going through Highland Village was like stepping back in time. The 'staff' were very talented, explaining the period of time they were representing as if they were there now.

People played the part of people from 1700's and 1800's whom spoke Gaelic. Beautiful grounds and very interesting and informative on history of Scottish/Irish settlers.

Incredible views and lots of friendly people. Yes a lot of what they say it's scripted but it was still fun. The school house, complete with paddling boards was a highlight since my wife is a teacher. A must see for the views alone.

They would be open in 2016 on October 10, Canadian Thanksgiving day, not open on US date in November. They close October 18. It is definitely worth the trip!
