Visited Ferris with husband and teenaged daughter on June 29 and 30th. This is a great park to visit for the weekend - it is beautiful and right next to the town of Campbellford, so lots to do here for a weekend or long weekend....More

We started camping only a couple of years ago and where looking for peace and quit....we found it here. We love it, you can hike on different paths, or walk into town for breakfast or lunch. We rented kayaks and paddeled along the Trent canal....More

Nice well maintained paths to hike, walked down near the river and sat on the rocks although afterwards noticed signs that recommended not to do so because of the dam. We only went for the day but they do have camp grounds.

I'm not connected with the park but as a fellow RVer I know that Ontario Provincial Parks normally charge for a day use pass to use all park facilities. Usually about $10 per vehicle. May as well take in the suspension... More
