I went to yhe Hockley Valley brewery in Orangeville to pick up from the source. Their beer is very good and highly recommended. The brewery however is not really worth the trip. It is a unit in a small strip mall where you walk in a question whether or not theu sell beer. I recommend the beer but wouldnt bother with the brewery again I can get it at the LCBO

Nice local craft brewery with beers I like, support local business whenever possible. They have moved to new premises on Centennial Road in Orangeville.
My favorite is Hockley Dark as I like a beer with a lot of taste.
It's always nice to have a few in the fridge.

Read they do tours and tastings, so expected a good sized brewery with tasting room and food available.
In reality it couldn't be further from what we expected. It is a tiny brewery located in an industrial strip mall. You enter into the office and for the tour they walk you into the back where the vats and bottling line are located.
The tasting was in the office and included a plastic cup and they opened 1 can of beer and poured a tiny amount. Only have 1 dark beer, everything else is lager.
Frankly, I wouldn't waste your time.
