This theatre never ceases to surprise and please. The performances were awesome the direction spot-on and the sound and lighting perfect. Who knew there were so many great voices and such solid acting talent in small-town Ontario! We regularly attend performances but this rendition of...More

The performance here was truly memorable. A poignant tragedy set in comedic form was delivered with believable emotion by well-reheared thespians who transported the audience to an Italian-American immigrant home where each generation has to deal with heart-wrenching choices about having to move away to...More

Enjoyable ameture shows for a small town. Theatre comfortable enough, but not sure how hot it gets in the summer.

Thank you for your comments. The theatre is climate controlled all year, and now that we have installed more comfortable seats, the experience should be even more enjoyable.

It's a small theatre so all seats are close to the stage. Play was excellent and I'm taking a group back in sept. From our seniors group. I would suggest taking a cushion with you as the chairs do tend to be uncomfortable when sitting...More

Thanks very much for your comments and we are happy you enjoyed the play. We are happy to say that we have installed more comfortable seating last August so the next time you come, you won't need to bring a cushion!

I'm so often impressed with the talent in Perth or the talent that the Studio Theatre brings in - and sometimes it's exceptional. The theatre is comfortable, the ushers and volunteers are pleasant and the coffee and ginger cookies fabulous.

I have seen many performances at this theatre and have enjoyed them all. The actors are excellent and the sets are fantastic. The productions are as good as, if not better than professional theatre and at a fraction of the cost.
