Nice lunch with a friend
Sep. 2017 • Friends
Interesting menu for lunch. Soup of the day was not real hot and very sweet. You would think they could put the special soup of day in crock pot and have it hot and ready to serve. Prefer sweet potato fries without so much whatever it was on the fries. Will return and try other things.

Breakfast at the 19th Hole
Jul. 2017 • Couples
At the recommendation of friends, we stopped in at the PCCC for breakfast, and it turned out to be a great choice. The newly renovated clubhouse is far more welcoming and comfortable than the previous design.

Breakfast menu choices were limited to about 10 options, but who would want something other than what was there ? Our foursome sampled the Belgian waffles, the French toast, and the classic bacon & eggs. All came with fresh fruit, a choice of meat (bacon, sausages, peameal). The coffee was perfectly brewed & bottomless, the hot chocolate creamy. The portions were generous to say the least, and three of us couldn't finish.

The service was friendly, fast & efficient; the prices moderate. There are great views of some parts of the beautiful Port Colborne Country Club as well.

Definitely doing that again.

Great Staff And Dinner
Jul. 2017 • Family
Our granddaughter, my wife and I went for dinner on July 20, 2017. We were greeted quite warmly by the staff. Our server was very nice and the service effort was excellent. We had the fish dinners and a club sandwich. The meals were excellent, quick service, very friendly staff. It was the best club sandwich I have ever had, my complements to the chief!

My only comment for the fish meal would be the coleslaw (which was very good) be served in a small dish, separating it from the hot plate.

We will be back and spread the word of the excellent service and dinner we had.

Regards,
The Bettle Family

Lunch after Golf
Jun. 2017 • Friends
We ordered off the small plates menu and were surprised at the portions that were served. The spring rolls (5) with sauce were only $5.00 and were delicious. I had the medium wings (8) and soup - with tw0 large draft beers our bill was under $25.00. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. A pleasant lunch.

Mother's Day Brunch
May 2017
Have just returned from the Mother's Day brunch at the newly renovated and, quite spectacularly I might add, Port Colborne Country Club just west of Port Colborne. The new chef, Dave, has committed to making this the number one restaurant in the area and I believe he has already made a tremendous start. The new owners have done a terrific job with the reno, the facilities, staff, atmosphere and whatever else you would expect for fine dining are prevalent. Congrats to Al, Sandy, Tom, Dave and all the staff on a job well done!! If you are in the area, make sure to stop in and enjoy either a great round of golf or just a great meal at one of the best kept secrets in the Peninsula.

Great Course and Great food !
May 2016 • Couples
Mature, tree lined fairways, undulating greens are features of this golf course. After our round we went in to the clubhouse to eat. Excellent food. Perch on Friday night was fabulous. Fresh cut fries as well. Meal was served promptly and it was very hot.

Niagara's hidden gem
Apr. 2016 • Friends
Played the course this past Thursday and it is in incredible shape for mid April and should be another great summer at PCCC. Greens survived the winter in great shape...ready to be rolled and back to great speed as they finish drying this spring. Fairways were in great shape as well, no wet areas to be found. New Director of golf was very welcoming and was out shaking hands and asking for feedback as golfers finished. Nice touch! In the clubhouse new Bar Manager and Kitchen Manager have some gray ideas to bring even more fun and taste to the clubhouse...looks like 2016 will be one of the best years in PCCC's recent history....folks ya gotta eat here and play here!

Full disclosure I am a proud member of PCCC but give the place a try and you will be back! Great value, great people and great course...worth the drive
