This is a fantastic cycling path in Niagara. It essentially goes from Lake Erie to Lake Ontario along both sides of the Welland Canal. Path is decently wide, paved, and most cyclists on the path seem to use proper cycling etiquette. Many places to stop...More

This review is for the Ridgeway part of the trail. We absolutely love this bike trail and try to do it at least 2x a year. The Friendship trail rides from Fort Erie to Port Colborne. This trail is part of the Golden Horseshoe. This...More

Lots to see and do on the route --- it will be even better as the soft and stone fruits come to ripen and the fruit stands are out all over the place,

Free cycling trail that encompasses the entire Niagara Peninsula. The Port Colborne leg goes by the Welland Canal. One of the best trails in Ontario and mostly asphalt.
