Went to Ripley's Believe it or not today (August 5th 2020) and personally my family found it to be disappointing.
I am not sure if it is due to COVID-19 or something else, but the exhibits seemed to be lacking and some of the interactive pieces were gone.
For 2 Adults it was over $32 and we finished the museum in less then 10 mintues with a young child (under 1) in tow.
We found it to be a waste of money this year and won't be going back.
If we could have gotten a refund, we would have.
Disappointing and lacking.
The Family Water park next door would be much more worth your money.

Terrible customer service, poor attraction value, mediocre interest. Staff was very rude, not interested in answering questions. Interactive exhibits were all turned off for covid, but the price was the same. Lame.

About a half hour is all you need to see this attraction. You could stretch it out to an hour if you stop for everything or have small children.
Some entertaining things in here, just not enough of them, especially for the price.
Do NOT take them up on pairing it with the lamest wax museum in existence. You can also pair it up with a maze, which I didn’t try.

I KNEW it was expensive.. but the kids wanted to go. I looked it up online and it said 2013 pricing: Great Value for 2013! 12.99 for adults and 7.99 for kids and they offered a 2.00 coupon. We went up to the counter and they said..... nuh uhhhh (with attitude and eye rolling)... 17.99 for adults and 10.99 for kids. 28 bucks and change for one adult and one kid?!?!?? R U kidding me??? You can go to Shining Waters ALL Day for that price. This thing is good for about a half hour with small kids. The only unbelievable thing about this place is that I actually paid for it.The 'eye roller' informed me that management knew it was a problem and had been informed about the error. When we got home, we checked it again and we realized that basically they are putting the RIP in Ripley's by RIPPING US OFF. And when I called the supervisor, he said that the owner knows about this. If the owner knows the website is wrong then it's FRAUD. End of story

It was okay but really for the price, I couldn't believe how dirty it was inside. It was very interesting though but for the price I think it's too much money.

Lots of things to read, and full of original bizarre art pieces. Agree with other reviewers though that the price is a bit much for many displays that can be seen for free online, thus the four star rating. Note the price after tax and a mandatory book is $17 per adult.
Worth one visit but not a return.

Great little activity to do if you're looking for a nice air conditioned space to take a break from the summer heat! Excellent for kids and adults alike. All sorts of strange and interesting little displays and information. You maze your way through the hallway checking everything out, and there are usually some interactive activities to take part in throughout. I've gone 3 times, and am always very happy with my experience!

The giant Megatron transformer standing at the entrance sucked my kids into the attractions. After that everything went down hill. I spent $47 and we were done in less than 10 minutes. Welcome to PEI.

If you have been to one, I think you have been to them all. They have mostly the same iteam in each place. I have been to the one in Atlantic City also, and I found it was very similar. They add a few different things depending on the country/ area. Still lots of fun!
