This was our first time go to the wax museum in Cavendish. We were there with three young kids and everyone enjoyed it. The kids didn’t know who many of the film stars or public figures were, but they did enjoy seeing the Star Wars display, Star Trek, Disney displays and the interactive elements at the attraction.

The place was larger than we expected and the figures were (for the most part) close likenesses of the famous person. It was neat that they also had actual movie props there.

We waited until a rainy day to go through, but this would be worth it anytime. It took about 30 minutes to go through, but we stopped and looked at everything.

We went there about 12 years ago and I was hoping there was some new stuff that I haven't seen and honestly I don't think it has changed at all. No new or current people. I though it was a waste of 32$, But it did kill 15 mins or so

Recently visited the “wax stars” it’s amazing how real they look. It’s been about 10 years since our last visit and it was nice to see . I was surprised however the lack of newer faces .
Staff were wonderful!

Perhaps the world's worst wax museum. Do not expect to be fooled by any of the statues, they are not overly realistic by any means. They were so bad we actually laughed a lot. Snow white had one white arm and one tanned arm (?trucker version of snow white). See if you can spot the statues with different colored eyes, or the ones missing eye lashes on one side. Takes no more than 15 minutes to walk through this sad collection of wax statues.

This is cool to see once. It was our least favorite activity as the kids didn't really know who most of the people are. The funnest part was the cool activities they had at the end. It was just OK

We visited with our 6 year old who dubbed this “boring”. She wouldn’t know who most of the figures were, and quite frankly, we didn’t either unless we read the nameplates. I did like the LEGO titanic though. That’s pretty much it. Half of the figures were very creepy and hard to tell who they were supposed to be.

We had area park passes so we could go as part of the pass. Not sure if I would have paid to see the museum alone. However, it was an interesting visit and even the younger grandkids enjoyed parts of it. If you don’t mind paying the money it may be worth visiting. It is small but interesting.

We spent about 1/2 hour here. Cost almost $30 for the two of us. Some interesting stuff. I'm glad we went but probably wouldn't go again as I thought it would be a little more bang for our buck.

Thanks for your review. This is our third season operating the property, and we have been working to add more exhibits to increase the value. Last year we added a whole new lobby with a red carpet awards night scene, and a Canadian icons room as well. We will continue to expand on the property in the coming years. I hope you do decide to visit us again in the future!

Like my title states, it is small, had some cool stuff, but it doesnt take more than 30 minutes to visit. If you miss it than no big deal, but it is something neat. Love the star wars, star trek and wizard of oz pieces!

We spent a total of 40 minutes here. My kids said it was pretty cool but we pretty much flew through the place. Was hoping to spend a rainy afternoon between here and Ripleys but they barely killed an hour and a half. We were here about 8 years ago when my 10 year old was about 2. He doesn’t remember it but I do. Not much has changed....time to update....maybe add some popular wax versions of super heroes or Pokémon’s? My kids didn’t know who half the wax ppl were but they were most excited over Yoda and Spider-Man.

Thank you for your review. I'm glad your kids thought it was pretty cool! Wax World of the Stars does have some very neat exhibits. Since taking over the property in 2015, we've invested in several new galleries, including an awards night scene complete with red carpet and seven brand new celebrity figures, as well as a created a gallery dedicated to Canadian icons and legends. We appreciate your suggestions for wax figures as we continue to grow and update the property. Thank you again for your feedback!
