About
Recognized by Golf Digest as Canada's Best New Course in 1994. Overlooking the north shore dunes of PEI, Crowbush continues to enthrall all those that take the challenge to conquer one of North America's very best. How can it get better than a Golf Digest five star rating? Undulating fairways, water holes with a wisp of wind, pot bunkers and challenging greens all come together to provide you with an experience not to be forgotten. Truly an unbelievable combination of nature and imagination. Of all the courses that are considered a "must play", Crowbush is certainly one of them. If you can tame the 6,903 yards at the Links, you should be able to play well anywhere. Rated four and a half stars by Golf Digest Places to Play, which raves, "Outstanding, plan your next vacation around it". SCORE Golf Magazine rated Crowbush in the Top 2 Best Value Golf Courses in Canada. The Links at Crowbush Cove is situated around the dunes on the north shore of PEI and is located at the Rodd Crowbush Golf & Beach Resort on Route 350, off Route #2 near Morell. It is approximately a 30 minute drive to Charlottetown.

Last time playing there
Sep. 2021
The course is in great shape but the service was aweful! My buddy and I played there Sept 30th 2021 and I have to admit, it was the worst service ever all around. The lady in the pro shop had zero personality and you would expect more from a course of this caliber. Then we had a bite to eat before our round. I had ordered a burger with onion rings instead of fries and my buddy oredered the same burger with just fries. The onion rings were burned and I told our waitress about it. She asked if I wanted something else instead, to which I told no, since we were teeing off in a few minutes. I was charged full price for just a burger. She said she didn't charge me for the onion rings... But I still paid the full amount like my buddy who had a burger and fries?? Disappointing.
Then we were off to the first tee. We were paired up with 2 players. One was a young gentleman with his girlfriend who was a spectator and the other was an 8/9 year old kid with both parents who were also spectators. To my surprise the little boy couldn't golf at all and was slowing us down after the first hole. I had to call the proshop to let them know. We were 7 people on one hole with 3 carts. I also had to tell the kid to be quiet, when to hit, etc... The parents had no idea of golf ethiquet.
The group behind us were hitting into us because we had to wait for the kid to catch up every hole. It became very frustrating. We were told after 3 holes that the boy usually plays only 5 holes. But it was still not fun for anyone who pays money to play on one of the nicest course on PEI.
I did write to Golf PEI and to the manager and no one ever got back to me. Again, bad service.
So if you come to PEI, there are better courses to play where the service will make you go back....but not this one. :(

Great golf, nice grounds...TIRED accommodations
Sep. 2021 • Couples
If you want to golf or have access to a great beach, this is the place for you. But...our arrival felt like a bit of an inconvenience to the front counter, our cabin accommodations were clean but dated, tired and very in need of a make over...saggy couches, rusty doors, chipped paint, scuffed up walls and non functioning wi-fi. Food at the clubhouse was great. Overall...sorry, not a 5 star IMHO.

Bucket List Course
Aug. 2019
I have wanted to visit Crowbush for many years and it for sure did not disappoint! Very well thought out fun layout that can be tricky at times, the real challenge starts on 6 and doesn't stop through the 18th a little wind can REALLY cause some issues. Course was in awesome condition everywhere. The only negative-ish comment I could make is it would have been nice if the greens were rolling a little faster, they were about a 9 while I was visiting but it would have been nice had they been up around the 12 mark to give the greens some teeth.

PEI After the Hurricane
Sep. 2019 • Couples
We arrived at the resort just as they opened after the hurricane. In spite of all of the complications with power failures, downed trees etc. The resort was gracious and accommodating. We were a large group and they were professional and engaged in ensuring we had a good experience

What a course!
Oct. 2019
I thought this course was extraordinary. Reminded me a great deal of Bandon Dunes. Amazing views on many holes. The course was in fantastic shape. It was chilly when we played but so well worth it.

After golf dinner
Jul. 2019
We were staying at Crowbush and decided to go to their Links restaurant when we finished. We had a late t-time and did not finish our game until dusk. Needless to say we were tired but exhilarated from finishing one of the most challenging and beautiful golf courses we had ever played. The restaurant was almost cleared out by time we got in but the staff were very polite and did not rush us. The food was ok but nothing special. The french fries as in all other restaurants in PEI we had eaten in were delicious and very plentiful.

Fantastic experience
Sep. 2019 • Couples
We played on a cold misty morning and felt like we were in Scotland. Course was in absolutely perfect shape with many scenic signature holes. The conditions were difficult but made the course all that more interesting and fun. This is a MUST play in PEI.

Most beautiful course on the island
Aug. 2019
This is a must for the golfers. Very challenging, beautifully maintained course. You really get your moneys worth on this course. Even if your not a great golfer, the views are worth playing on this course

Great course but bring your own water
Aug. 2019
Crowbush Cove is GREAT golf course. I've played it on 2 different occasions. Challenging, beautiful, fun. It is amazing, however, how one negative can tarnish an otherwise terrific experience. There is NO drinking water on the course, and so you are forced to purchase water. First, it is inexcusable that there is no on course water. And second, they charge $3.50 for 1 bottle (plus tip) !!! This is the most egregious example of price gouging I have experienced outside of a Toronto sports stadium. It was a hot, muggy day, so we purchased numerous bottles, and were peed off each time. After visiting the pro shop to check out the merchandise, it is clear that the management of Crowbush have decided to price their stuff to take advantage of US visitors. Most golf shirts were over $100 Canadian. Ridiculous. So, play the course, but take your own refreshments.

Beautiful Course
Jul. 2019
Our family played Links at Crowbush Cove twice, and found the course to be beautiful. We were there in July and did find that the course was quite buggy.
The staff are helpful and friendly, and it is very unpretentious.
