Punta Mita Resorts is fortunate to have two Jack Nicklaus Signature golf courses within its gates. The first course, Punta Mita Pacifico, was built in 1999 and boasts the only natural ocean island par-3 hole in the world. Punta Mita Bahia, built in 2009, offers challenging greens and spectacular Oceanside holes. Golf course play is exclusive for Club Punta Mita Members and their guests or Four Seasons and St. Regis resort guests.

Pacifico course was easier of the two. I'm a 10 handicap and the Bahia course was ~5 strokes harder. Really challenging greens and pin positions at Bahia. Play both courses if you have the chance. Play Pacifico if you only play once. Price is around...More

Play both if you are here, and Bahia first in my opinion. You will enjoy the Pacifico course even more because it's very playable in comparison. Very tough greens at Bahia to me, and the contrast to me at Pacifico is notable. Rentals were great,...More

We played both the Pacifico and the Bahia courses. If you can only play one, I suggest the Pacifico. It has much more coastal scenery and it has the island green. The Bahia has much more undulation in the fairways and the greens are more...More

It's expensive but hey you're on vacation. If you don't bring your own clubs you ready to spend about $200 per player. With that said, the course is in very good shape, and if you get to play the signature fourth hole on the Pacifico...More

This was a great experience - expensive but one of a kind. The best was getting to play hole #3 which is the island hole. After you tee off, a driver in an amphibious golf carts takes you out to the island to finish the...More

Beautiful property and people are very nice. No one on the course. Felt like we rented it for the day. The whales tail hole is pretty spectacular on the Pacifico course

The golf courses at Punta Mita are world class. You must play Pacifico which is a bit more forgiving. And then Bahia, which will really challenge you. Beautiful courses, well maintained. Great staff. Not cheap, but worth it.

My husband and I played the Pacifico. We are very average golfers so perhaps did not appreciate it much. I felt there were way too many bunkers, I found it to be very overpriced at over 300.00 a piece, We wanted to play for the...More

I would probably rate the Pacifico and Bahia course five star but value is important. You are going to pay premium rates when the courses are next to five star resorts. Very few courses are worth $310 IMHO. If you have a choice to play...More

Not unless you have a member who is willing to sponsor you. It's a private club for members and guests at the four seasons and st Regis.

Hello - We will be playing the Pacifico course in early June. What are your exact make/model of your rental clubs... including irons and driver? Thanks, Tony

They were Taylor Mades. I can't remember exact model but were larger heads and the easy to hit style. They gave me regular shafts probably should of asked for stiffer shafts because of swing speed
