I haven't been here since I was a child and even in the pouring rain, it did not disappoint! Wonderful trip down memory lane and fascinating for my 8 year old to see a snapshot of what life was like in the 1930s. The quiz...More

Always worth visiting this delightful model village, and if your going by train it's only a short walk from the station. The attention to detail is excellent, you have to walk round a few times as there's always things you miss. The kids love watching...More

I was last here 50 years ago and am happy to return with a 3 year old who was fascinated with the exhibits. A great 2 hours spent walking around the models in mid week.

I have been to few model villages in UK and Holland. This one is one of the best. It has a small railway which you can ride and takes you around some parts of the park. The village itself is so detailed and grownups were...More

My eldest was bored at home, so I recommended to come try this place out with my younger ones, as I haven’t been here since I was young myself. Ahh how it felt good to go back to my childhood days, it was amazing there,...More

Excellent place. Kids loved it. Very relaxing and refreshing. The kids train and the model trains were super cool.

A very unusual place to visit. Charmingly old fashioned and lovingly maintained. My wife said that it is like seeing all of Britain in one place. There is a little train ride around part of the grounds, which is fun and worth every penny of...More

I have been to Bekonscot a number of times as a child and now as a father with my own family. It retains a lovely old fashioned charm. The detail in the models makes them really interesting, but they are also continually developed which retains...More

I took my just 5 niece who rated it the best place I'd ever taken her. The models are fun, and she enjoyed the puny names. And if you look carefully there are many visual jokes and fun bits. Examples - The man falling off...More

There are picnic tables on a small grassed area and a cafe. There is room to keep your buggy with you around the village. There is also a good play area.
