We were a little disappointed with the size of the discovery centre but after chatting to the person working that day & him telling us about the history & other things locally was pleased we had popped in for a look around.

Thank you Paul for the nice review. As you saw we're limited with space in regards to what we can do, but we're always looking for ideas. Hopefully you'll drop in and see us again some time.

Two rooms one filled with ingormation about Pugin's church, the other was WW1 more intesting to locals. Staff very helpful. Not worth going out of your way to see but pop in if you are going to see the church.

St Giles church and the Pugin church are brilliant. Lovely staff and the architecture is truely amazing. The info at the centre was good and Cheadle is a lovely town to walk around.

This place is struggling to keep open. It is a local museum, not just about Pugin. It is informative if you already know about him, but a casual visitor would not be fired up by its displays on him. It's trying, but it needs more...More
