Sitting in the old cobbled yard under the big copper beech, taking five minutes, and watching the swallows - whilst devouring a Snugburys Ice Cream is one of life's great pleasures. I guess that is why thousands of people come time after time to get their fix as they say :)Here at Snugburys we are not only famous for our ice cream, we also attract tens of thousands of visitors every summer to come and admire our huge straw sculptures. These impressive creations stand tall in our field along side the A51. Previous creations have included a 36 ft Meerkat and a working model of London’s Big Ben!

Plenty of flavours and good sized dollops of your favourite. Creamy and indulgent . My personal favourites are honeycomb and rum and raisin but all are tempting. Nice to sit on one of the benches and enjoy on a warm day

We hired a canal boat and a local recommended Snugburys. It was too far to walk from the canal so drove there on the way through. What can I say, one of the best ice creams around.

Visited with my mum and enjoyed a Turkish Delight ice cream! They have the Peter Rabbit sculpture there at the minute made of hay, it's definitely worth a visit just for that! They also have a small farm bit with pigs and goats.

Hi It's free to enter, and there is a car park which is also free, the car park isn't overly huge but no-one seemed to be queuing for a space we visited on a hot Saturday afternoon.

Hi Vonandgez, They are indeed! We have a farm walk which loops round from the ice cream shop to the Llangollen canal. Enjoy!
