Visited this museum and had a wonderful time reliving childhood memories ! We tagged on to a school trip and thoroughly enjoyed the lesson on children working as chimney sweeps. Very infiormative staff who were proud and happy to show us the exhibits.

Always wanted to go for such a long time, I was hoping it would not disappoint, and it didn't. Great for families, as there is plenty of room for children to run around. The house is lovely as well.

I great place to take the family with children. Lots of space for the children to play. Staff helpful. One can experience being in a Victorian classroom. Weather on the day perfect!

Great museum. Evoked lots of memories of mine and my children's childhoods. Lots of 'old' toys, many of which I had forgotten about. Also, a lot of information about children's lives and their work lives in the past. Well worth a visit.
