This place is far better than the Chieften ,I'd rather have a pint here than the bloody Chieften ,At least You can have a laugh with the locals .More than I can say about the Chieften Its dead .Landlady hasnt got a clue how too...More

Calling it the best pub in Hadfield may not be the greatest accolade but this is a good, friendly pub close to the Railway station and convenient for the Longdendale trail. Good beers, in a Robinsons sort of way, friendly service and a lively atmosphere.

Good position at end of longdendale trail and near hadfield train station. Nicely done out pub with some street seating. Friendly bar staff and football screens.

Pub has had a good refurb and feels modern without being out of character for the area. Good choice of ales. Spot on location for Hadfield Railway station as well
