My family were staying very close by and I was determined that we would all visit this ancient, beautiful and historic church that presides over the village.
The kids weren’t keen but they ended up really enjoying the visit. There is an informative presentation of the church’s history and the stained glass is rather splendid.

This amazing church is something I grew up with and just took for granted. Now when I go back I appreciate how amazing it is. Even if your not religious its worth visiting just for the architecture. Both inside and out its worth a visit. You will see the spire for miles

This interesting Parish church is mentioned in the Doomsday Book of 1086 but most of the present church dates from 1300 to 1340. It is a rare example of the English Decorated style of architecture. What you will notice when you visit is the height of the steeple. It is in fact visible from the sea and was used in the past as a landmark for sailors. It is a haven of peace and tranquillity and worth a visit. The church is open between 8.30 and 5pm during summer. Admission is free.

With its prominent spire, this is a stand out church than many come from far and wide to see, including the stained glass in the west window. Lovely, open church, full of interest and history.

Wonderful church. So pretty and architecturally unusual for the area. I have lots of memories of this church. My parents were married here as was myself and husband. My daughter was christened there too. It's still an integral part of the community.
Loved the big folders that contain a lot of research into the area and the village of Snettisham.
The churchyard is well maintained.my Grandparents are buried there.

This lovely church is well worth a visit. The tall spire can be seen for miles and was originally a sea mark for ships heading to lynn. Lovely walking in the area

A beautiful church with a wealth of information about local history.
We thought we would just pop in but were there well over an hour.
