Where do I start? We waited about 30 minutes for our lunch to arrive, only to send one dish back as the bread wasn't baked properly. When we were ready to pay, the bill included two extra items that we did not order, and then had to wait a further 10 minutes for the bill to be revised and corrected,... More

Whether you take the time to wander around the Convent Gallery or just go for brunch, lunch or afternoon tea, it's definitely worth a visit. The convent building itself if fascinating and provides an interesting insight into life from times gone by. The gallery hosts a variety of artwork and is always evolving. Don't forget to check out what's available... More

The gallery is a delight & we just adore the chapel. It is a place you can spend a lot of time in even just to soak up the atmosphere. Finish off by having the best scones, jam & cream ever! A must to visit if you are in Daylesford.

Though we arrived late we were welcomed in by the very friendly staff. You must visit this place it is extensive and intriguing . Be prepared to spend a lot of time here you cant conceive how big it is. And have a picnic on grounds if you don't want to use there food and drink facilities. You must go.

I came here on my last day in Daylesford, as I'm always interested to check out local art spaces. Upon arriving, we were greeted by a lovely staff member who directed us to the gallery entrance and instructed us on the intended viewing path. We begun in the basement, which contained a mix of early ecclesiastical objects with modern items,... More

Food and drinks are always excellent, customer service is always spot on; friendly, attentive and warm, especially when visiting as a young family - all staff that served us were so lovely towards my young children. Although there is a decent price tag that comes with eating here, out of all the higher-end cafes in Daylesford, this one is my... More

Having an RACV lunch voucher to use at the cafe it was a good excuse for a two night trip to Daylesford. Our lunch (even though it was a selected menu for RACV) was delicious and the service was excellent. The atmosphere on a warm summers day was just right. Wandering through the gallery afterwards and revisiting some of the... More
