Lovely spot for a picnic and swim. Short walk to the falls. We didn't camp here but the area looked perfect for a few nights stop over. No electricity but who needs power?

I feel bad giving this one star but while driving the Bruce highway we saw a sign for Murray falls and decided to venture to it. Only after driving 20km was there a sign saying the access road is closed and there was no entry! Signage from the main road would have been helpful! I'm sure it's lovely but unfortunately... More

The falls are a great place to visit. Even better in the wet season. It's easy to find and the roads are suitable for all vehicles. The swimming is great, just watch your step on the granite if it's wet.🙂

Murray falls is fantastic for young & old. It is an easy walk via a boardwalk to the falls base & even though no recent rain the falls were still magestic. The granite boulders covering the river floor have seen much water over millions of years. There is a wonderful, peaceful, tree covered camping area with cold showers, toilets &... More

This is about 21 km from the highway, the last 3 km of which is unsealed gravel. It is well worth the side trip, which is interesting itself to observe the cane harvest in progress. The falls are very impressive and the viewing areas are easily accessed from the parking area via a short boardwalk. There is a nice swimming... More

Lovely day picnic area with a camping area further down the road. Both areas have toilets. Grounds are well kept. Swimming available. Is a lovely place to relax and recharge batteries for a couple of days. (Warning: take insect repellent as there are quite a lot of march flies).

The falls are 20 minutes off the main highway. The last part is dirt road. The falls are small but very pretty. There are good swimming areas. There are day stay and camping areas but the facilities are basic.

Had a great time camping here - there park is beautiful! There's toilets and a cold showers as well as big BBQ pots to cook on. There are signs with Dreamtime stories about how animals were created. The falls are stunning and the river is clean and perfect for a floating around on a noodle. Take your noodle down the... More
