Crocodile Express operate from 2 locations on the beautiful Daintree River.

The "Upper Daintree Cruise" departs from Daintree Village. Our office and check-in are located in Daintree Tourist Information Centre in the Village centre.

"Lower Daintree Cruise" departs from 300 meters before the Daintree Ferry Crossing, look for the big croc head to check-in.

Both cruises are different in landscape and environment, upper Daintree cruise starts from Daintree Village going through rainforest and country farming pastures with the lower Daintree cruise goes past rainforest and mangroves. Crocodiles, abundant birdlife and reptile can be seen on both cruises. Take one cruise and take the second free ! You are welcome to come back as many times as you like. Go to our website for conditions. There is no better value wildlife cruise in tropical Queensland.

Sadly they wouldn't accept my free second ride ticket from about 11 years ago but I don't think the price has changed much in that time either ;) On my way up to Cape Trib again but this time with the new wife and her family in tow. We had scored an absolutely perfect day for the trip and stopped... More

Very good, staff were great and new their stuff, very informative would highly recommend this company for croc tours. Will not name opposition but they were rude and abusive just because you have n electric boat which is charge over night by electricity and you put a few tiny solar panels on your boat does not make you Eco friendly

The tour takes you along the Daintree River in hopes of seeing a salt water crocodile. It's a good tour with nice views of the Daintree -- hopefully you'll get to see some massive croc's!

This company actually gives you two trips for the price of one one leaves from Daintree village and the other from Daintree ferry. When we boarded we where told that due to high tide it would be difficult to find crocs but they still managed to find a few. The gave plenty of information about the river and the various wildlife... More

Took our 8yo on this. Really informative. There are two sites they go from one in Daintree village and the other near the ferry. Pay once and go as often as you like for 30 days. The two sites are only 10km apart but very different. The village trip is narrower, lots of rainforest on one side of the river.... More

Toured the Daintree River with Crocodile Express. Tour guide was a real character who gave really great insight into the area but also kept us laughing all the way. We saw some big crocs from only a few meters away. Top experience to see them in the wild.

We saw plenty of crocodiles, even hatchlings. Did both cruises, liked the one from the village better. The hosts on both were super friendly and informative. Saw crocs, snakes, birds and butterflies galore. Would definitely recommend :)

YES we saw lots of crocodiles of all sizes as well as snakes. We would never have seen ANY of these without our great guide knowing where they lived and pointing them all out to us. Even when we were directed where to look it took some time for us to actually see them. It makes you wonder how the... More
