great park near river althoe the best part is hidden right at the back its childrens play ground we had been here several times before we found it

Great for a picnic or just a pleasant stroll through well kept lawns and abundant old trees. Lots of bird life and you can even do your exercises, with gym equipment scattered around the running tracks. I think we will try a bike ride next...More

Rather disappointed, as the garden, though well laid out was virtually all greenery and tall trees. For a place like Emerald this was probably quite an achievement, considering its outback location. Not many facilities for picnicking or just sitting around. Toilets were not easy to...More

I walk in the gardens both East and West most morning and it is beautifully maintained. Great walking/running tracks. The free camping area is always clean and tidy and usually very busy towards the end of the week and over the weekends.

Great gardens. Took some of the tracks through bush area. Saw lots of birds lizards and bats!! Very quiet and peaceful.
