Visited as part of a combo ticket we had at Kuranda. Whilst only a small park compared to some others we had visited in Australia it was well maintained and the animals seemed quite happy. Fed the kangaroos and also got to see a few...More

With a three attraction ticket it is slightly cheaper than three times one ticket, provided you want to see all three attractions. For having your pacture taken with a (non-sleeping) Koala it costs another AUD 24. The wallabies are totally overfed. First the zoo gives...More

Kolas looked very sleepy. Told they sleep 20+ hours per day. For $25, you get to hold a kola and have several pictures taken for free

One if not the only place that will allow you to cuddle with a koala. Sweet surprise that I almost overlooked in Kuranda. No lines, few people at the gardens. Saw the nocturnal display, fed a kangaroo type animal, many crocs or alligators (I can’t...More

You pay nearly 20$ to get in and then another 20$ to get your photo taken. There are just 4 Koalas to see, some crocodiles, turtles and kangaroo. Overall extremely small, didn’t expect it for the price. I’d only go there, if you cannot get...More

The main reason I went was for the koala holding picture. I’m sure that’s why most people go. That part was fine but the rest of the garden was disappointing. Their website made it seem like the garden was large and had lots of other...More

It was an opportunity we had to take. It was touristy but the little guy was cuddly and worth the price.

We visited with a senior citizen and a small child. On the first platform a macaw landed on our father and scratched him up pretty badly. It took us a while to get the bird off him and we called out for help but no...More

Yes, they accept credit card. Not sure if you can buy the tickets in London, not sure what you mean with here. But you can get a ticket for the train and the zoo in Kuranda when you are there .
