Skybury's Australian Coffee Centre has been transformed into the ultimate farmgate experience. Labelled "Skybury Farmgate", the transformation is part of our long-term vision to further expand Skybury's coffee footprint, not only in Australia but internationally. Skybury is Australia's largest exporter of home-grown coffee, which is an achievement we are incredibly proud of. Our coffee is enjoyed all around the world, from the street cafes of Paris, Berlin, London, Singapore,Tokyo and Madrid, to trendy coffee shops in Cairns and Port Douglas. Skybury's restaurant and tours, will cease to operate from May 1, 2014. Skybury Farmgate will be situated within the foyer of the Australian Coffee Centre, while renovation and building works for a dedicated facility on the farm are underway. Skybury Farmgate will be open to the public from 9am to 4pm weekdays (excluding public holidays) and will sell fresh produce direct from the farm as well as the full Skybury Coffee range. Takeaway coffee will also be available. Keep a look out for Skybury's upgraded website featuring a great e-commerce platform for coffee sales and product information. It will be business as usual for all online, mail order and wholesale coffee sales.

Great walks also available but the best is being able to sit in the treetops while having a very tasty lunch - toilets were very lovely with a mini waterfall

Well worth the short drive from Mareeba to see a fine example of the local coffee industry. Good coffee and food available in a fabulous facility overlooking the tableland. A family business with a nice story attached. The papaya is to die for!

We have found this delightful coffee cafe to be one of our favourites. The coffee and food great, staff very friendly and good quick service. The view from the verandah is breath taking. Love this place and will return. Keep up the great work.

Saw the sign for Skybury while riding around the tablelands, it's only a short 14km out of Mareeba, well sign posted so you can't miss it. Plenty of parking, even for larger RV's. The cafe is welcoming and fits right in with the surrounding bush...More

Called in for lunch and was dissapointed with our order of 2 x "Aussie Beef Burgers", they weren't. They were processed meat patties that did not resemble the menu description. Not presented very well. Really need to have menu items as they are described.

Skybury is not far off the beaten track if you are in the area and is worth the effort for lunch or a coffee. The lunch options are tasty and reasonably priced and as you would expect they take great care to serve good coffee....More

We expected to be able to taste the coffee before buying beans. Disappointed to only be able to try the house blend as a cup of coffee. Also disappointed with pie and savoury tart heated in microwave. Pastry needs to be lovely and crispy. The...More
