What a great way to learn about the dinosaurs that roamed in this area so long ago. The many great displays of so many different fossils and the personal commentary device makes it fantastic for all ages to do at their own pace. You can even speak to the Curator who was so welcoming and happy to chat about anything... More

The reality is that the museum only takes around half an hour to take it all in. The fact that everything is local makes it interesting but it still is quite small and something you would do once.

For someone eho had no interest in fossils or pre-history, I've been here twice in 12 months. This is THE stand out attraction in Richomond (along with the landscape and the friendly locals). The only fault I found was that on my second visit there were new displays and the digital tour guide was out of sync with the way... More

We visited with young children. It was very interactive and not too large that it gave us the chance to see everything to our satisfaction. There is a kids corner with activities for them too. The palaeontologist was very happy to answer questions and show us the laboratory and how it operated. The fossil hunting tour is also recommended but... More

This place offered a great amount of information on the Australian inland sea and its large inhabitants. The whole place is well laid out and the audio tour is very informative. Not like most museums kronosaurus korner is only 2 or 3 rooms but it is well worth it for any dinosaur lover. I strongly recommend getting the multi pass... More

While severely under resourced, kronosaurus korner absolutely punches above its weight. It's home to some of the best preserved dinosaur remains in the world and the interpretive information via audio guides is excellent. It's been four years since I've visited and it's great to see additions to the collection. This area has such an incredibly significant paleontological history. I'm glad... More

Your visit starts with a short but interesting movie that keeps the kids entertained too. Then it is off to see the very impressive fossil displays. There is also a kids corner with games and activities to keep the young ones entertained when their interest runs out. We were very lucky to talk to Barbara and Gary in the fossil... More

Being from WA we were unaware of this amazing place as I am sure many people are, this should rate as an article on the CHANNEL 7 morning show during their travel around the country and let more people be aware of what exists in this country. A real eye opener and a very nice country town to visit in... More

We were a bit Dinasoured out by the time we reached this place. But we have to say we really enjoyed the whole experience and that included the lovely lattes from the adjoining café. Excellent public toilets outside too. So we were so happy. The specimens are so well set out and complete. The folks who took us around are... More

We were impressed with the fossils on display and found the audio guide to be very informative. The kids, who are 4 and 6 were able to be quite independent and liked using the guides. The video presentation in the theatre was very informative and succinct. The staff in the museum were very friendly and helpful. We ate lunch in... More
