Well worth the $5 pp entry fee. It is amazing what one man's skill and patience can create from an emu egg. More travellers should make the effort to see this life's work collection.

This display is worth a visit as the carving of each emu egg takes about 100 hours. There are eight different levels on each egg and they are different colours. The entry fee of $5 is reasonable. Some eggs are beautful and others historic.

this is well worth the visit, amazing man to create this display, so much talent. Other places might have emu eggs carved, but this display outshines all those.

If you truly appreciate the intricies of fine carving take the time to visit this display, every egg has a story and if you are lucky like me you may meet the carver, Stavros.

Stavros has created an amazing exhibition of emu egg carvings that is well worth a look. He’s a very interesting man with many stories to tell and I love how he has carved eggs to commemorate both his personal and social milestones and events.

We visited this exhibition on a Saturday morning, but I think it may have closed around noon. I think the only day it is closed is Sunday, but if in doubt there is a phone number so give it a call!
