A must if you enjoying walking and the wilderness environment, so much wildlife. You will see lots of wild goats but they usually run away from the road. Watch out for the large roos. The little rock wallabies are so cute, keep an eye out...More

Arkaroola has some of the darkest skies and thus some of the most incredible viewing experiences of the southern night skies. Do the night time observatory session and you will get to see some of the most amazing deep sky sights to be seen.

Unique place. Everyone should visit to broaden their horizons. Ridge Top Tour highly recommended. Lots of other 4WDs to do for a real outback rugged and remote experience.

We went on the Ridgetop Tour and fortunately for us it was a day of clear blue skies. The tour guide was very knowledgable and friendly. The scenery was spectacular, lots of opportunities for photos. The tour was worth every cent.

You have to look at this place as a whole package - a family providing a significant contribution to the maintenance of a remote beautiful and important part of Australia - its quirky and basic in places but comfortable, food in the restaurant was pretty...More

Stunning, breathtaking, hot, dusty, remote, quiet - just a few words to describe the drive through to and through Arkaroola Wilderness. There is hardly a place to stop for food, drink or gas - so make sure you are covered. Drive attentively – there are...More

We rarely give an experience 5 , however this is the one. The Ridge Top Tour while not for the faint hearted is truely amazing !!! Magnificent panoramic views will leave you gasping for more. If you are going to Arkaroola don't miss this tour.
