Came here with my husband and young children and was blown away by how great this place was and how good value for money it was. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the kangaroo feeding did not disappoint, we enjoyed it so much we bought about 5 bags. We also enjoyed wandering round and seeing all the others... More

Staff at the front desk were really helpful and friendly. The open sanctuary feel was lovely, really felt like the animals were in a more natural habitat than standard zoos. Was amazing to be able to feed the kangaroos and actually touch koalas. Would benefit from better sign posting but can see upgrades are happening. So much potential.

Visited Urimbirra countless times as a kid with my mum and on school and child care excursions, but there's something about the place that works for all ages. Took the missus there and spent a great couple of hours feeding the kangaroos and enjoying getting close to our local wildlife.

Our four children just loved this little wildlife park. What we really enjoyed was the relaxed and open atmosphere. It wasn't crowded, and we were all able to pet the koalas without an additional fee. Feeding the kangaroos was what we spent most of our time doing. The Kangaroo Island kangaroos are especially friendly, and they were in abundance here.... More

Popped in here on our way back from Victor Harbor and wow, what a lovely surprise. Although small, the park is brilliant. You get a chance to get close up and pat koalas, there's a selection of other animals to view but the best bit is definitely the free range kangaroos and wallabies who come over to you to be... a really small park but has loads of kangaroos wandering around and you get to stroke the koala bears, a highlight of our trip. Well worth the visit and not expensive

This is a great place to take overseas visitors or anyone wishing to get up close and personal with Australian wildlife. The kangaroos roam freely and for a very small fee you can purchase food pellets and hand feed them. They love to hold your hands as they feed and are very gentle. Meet the koalas is wonderful as there... More

We visited around 3.30pm and stayed until close, walking around the park. Hand feeding the kangaroos was a huge highlight, loved it. It was great also to pat the Koala during the feeding, however I think it would be good if they limited it to say 5-10 people in the area at a time - alot of people were in... More
