This lovely old cinema has see some changes but kept it's character. Service is great and it works for those with disabilities and mobility problems.

I love these old character filled cinemas. Long may it live without crass updating. The films offered are a tad bland and predictable. More continental films would enhance the experience. The service is always relaxed and pleasant.

I love this cinema! It's got all the art Deco charm, and not overly modernised. Comfy seats and the digital projection is fantastic on a good sized screen. Prices are cheaper than the city too! Also, check it out at night, when the digital art...More

Visit for the current release movies and take in the Art Deco features, including an amazing box office (no longer used unfortunately). We spent a lovely evening watching a movie and eating choc-tops. It's great to support independent cinemas.

The curtains pulling open reminds me of the theatre when I was a little girl. Price was not bad, $16, and there's some nice combination offers with a few local restaurants if you plan in advance.

Saw Star Wars great little cinema, good screen, good sound, nice art Deco feel. Plenty of character. Located in the centre of town with plenty of places to eat.

We're from the local area, so the Victa Cinema is the main cinema we attend. The owners as well as their staff are always polite. You won't get as many of the obscure films which are shown in larger metropolitan cinemas, but all of the...More
