Just got back from a weekend camping trip at Salt Fork. The park was large, beautiful and clean. The lake was really large. We rented a small fishing boat for a couple of hours (for $68 plus gas, totalling about $85) and cruised around. It...More

Nice and clean with "modern restrooms" which seems to be a luxury in Ohio. They also have putt putt, concession, and showers.

My wife and I stopped at the beach on the 4th of July and had a nice swim. A lot of people don't like swimming in lake water but I'll take it over chlorine any day! They do a great job of keeping the beach...More

Our family of 11 people used the pool July 2, 2017. The water was sparkling clean. Enjoyed the towels. Plenty of comfortable places to sit in the sun or shade. Staff very nice and helpful.

Came for the swimming and putt putt. Both which were extra fees! Pool was nice at the lodge but expensive. Putt putt was not very inviting and expensive as well. Electric sites not very shaded and neighbors are close and ours were noisy! Don't think...More

Yes, I am making up this word, but it aptly describes this wonderful park. Nature is Queen here, from boating, kayaking, hiking, to just plain doing nothing and sitting in a rocking chair on the Lodge's 2nd or 3rd floors and looking out the huge...More

Many miles of trails for all ages to enjoy. My favorite is the white trail it's approximately 12 miles long and passes the lake and gorgeous hollows. Usually see deer every time we go out too.

When my family was there, the waiter in the restaurant said only lodge guest were permitted in the pool; so we did not violate their policy. I can't imagine how rude you would have to be to do so.

Salt Fork sits in an area named the "Sasquatch Triangle" as it has been a hotbed of activity. The park itself has a primitive campground area named "Bigfoot Ridge" and the park hosts a few cryptid conventions yearly.
