Enjoyed a wonderful afternoon in this amazing art museum. I had no idea that Cleveland had such a treasure. All periods of art are well represented. I enjoyed seeing paintings of well known artists that are less revered yet extremely noteworthy. We enjoyed a delicious lunch in the casual restaurant. The selections were unique and delicious. I highly recommend eating... More

This is my home city's art museum so I am biased as I grew up with museum and has seen it get better and better as the years go by. A wonderful collection of art spanning all styles and collections, a great atmosphere, and lots of natural light (especially for an art museum). I only wish there was a greater... More

We spent an afternoon at the museum after a weekend hockey tournament in Cleveland. The building is extraordinary. Gorgeous expansion which kept the character of the original architecture. Collections are exquisite. So much to see - from many aspects of culture-from ancient Egypt, Medieval Europe, visual arts from the past 800 + years - incredible. The collections kept my 12... More

This is a great activity for your family! We saw artifacts ranging from 3000BC to a section of Claude Monet's water lilies. It was our first time there today but will not be our last visit. So many amazing things to see this is a must go to place in Cleveland Ohio!

One of the highlights of a trip to Cleveland is this world class gallery with a wide range of exhibits and collections beautifully displayed in a spacious and warm environment. The staff are helpful and friendly. What's more, while one would pay upwards of $25 to visit similar galleries in other centres, this gallery is FREE. One could easily spend... More

We were so pleasantly surprised at the extensive collects housed at this museum. There was NO ADMISSION FEES, which was shocking for this caliber of a museum. We could visit this museum many times over to take in all of the wonderful exhibits. The staff is very accommodating and friendly as well. Highly recommend you visit this museum.

This large art museum dates to 1917. It is now 3 times larger. The is no admission but parking costs about $15 for a 4 hour visit. There is an app in lieu of audio tour. It is quirky.

The Cleveland Museum of Art is a beautiful museum that all need to see. From the collections to the outside green space to the dining options, everything in the CMA is wonderful. You can spend the whole day there or spend half, either way, you'll have a great time. Bring a camera- the outside green space is beautiful for pictures!

The CMA is a beautifully curated museum. This well-established museum has holdings tbat rival the best in the United States and internationally. The multi-million dollar renovation completed in 2015 provides gallery space and educational space to exhibit these holdings at their best. The dinning options include an excellent casual dining room and a four-star restaurant. The great hall in the... More

one of the best we've experienced and we've been to Paris, London and Washington, DC. Their collection of Expressionists and Post-Expressionists was terrific. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Note that the Museum offers parking (underground, I think) which we weren't aware of on an extremely cold and snowy January day, which probably helped explained the lack of crowds. Can't... More
