Stunning theater!

It looks like one thing out of a movie absolutely beautiful. People complained about the seating beading overly small but I'm a healthy girl and had so problem at all.

Cleveland might not be the most grand city around but the theater district is a gem! Gorgeous architecture, top notch shows, and efficiently run theaters. Absolutely fantastic! The only thing lacking is a few more quality restaurants within walking distance so that dinner and a show can be an easier event.

Cleveland has steadily been improving their already notable theater district over the last few years. The architecture is gorgeous and the additions, such as the chandelier in the square, have made it even more unique and exciting to attend a performance. With the variety of shows and the growing area, there is something for everyone. The ticket prices are fair... More

At Connor Palace on a Wednesday evening we came to see the play Into the Woods. Enjoyed every minute of it. Was unique in the sense that the performers never left the stage and each played instruments when they were not in the scene to provide the music. 2 Acts with an intermission lasted 3 hours. We were in the... More

I went to watch The Grinch during the Christmas season. Great production with props and actors. It was at Connor Palace. The Palace was beautiful but very packed--which was understandable given the show/time of year. Took a while to exit the theater. There is a Playhouse parking garage but there are other (cheaper) garages nearby as well as free street... More

I was trying to figure out what to get my mom for Christmas because she has everything. But she'd never been to Playhouse Square so I got tickets to a show. A Cleveland classic movie A Christmas Story, I ended up liking it better than the movie. For the holidays the Allen Theater was lined with beautiful trees each one... More

We've been to the State Theater twice this month for shows, and had 2 very good experiences. Parking was easy, inexpensive, and just a short walk from the entrance. I had our tickets emailed ahead of time, so getting in was very quick and easy. The theater itself is beautiful! We sat in the mezzanine for one show and the... More

My daughter and I traveled from CA to CLE for our first show. I visit CLE about 4x per year, but have not seen a show. The staff was SUPER friendly and helpful. They showed me to Will Call and answered my questions. The actual theaters (architecture) are incredible! If there was a show titled, "Just Walk the Lobby," I'd... More
