Great ice cream, and if you visit the Bethel Road location, you may be able to watch the ice cream being made. Because this location also has an indoor play area for the kids, you may want to seek out one of their other locations if you prefer less activity going on nearby. Most flavors have chunks of chocolate like... More

The ice cream was ok but melted really fast. Nice play area for the kids. The staff works hard to take care of you.

Best ice cream! This location is awesome too because there is an indoor playground perfect for those cold Ohio days. Plenty of places to sit and eat too.

Cheese Crown is the bomb! Mexican Chocolate is spicy! Try it first before ordering! Fun place for kids and young adults. Not the cleanest when I was there in the evening.

Even with the factory tours no longer being offered, our group visited the Graeters education and History Center. An employer told our group the history and answered questions. Then everyone experience this great ice cream. Black raspberry chocolate chip was a big hit!

Love Graeters ice cream. Bummed as there isn't a tour. It's just a really large old Graeters factory that is no longer in production. This store carries the ice cream and chocolate only. No bakery like the Cincinnati stores. They have a very cute play area for kids

I used to live in Columbus and would frequent this place often. We just returned on a trip this past weekend and it is still wonderful. Just wish they had more seating because it was a bit crowded.

For my birthday we decided to skip making a cake and purchase an ice cream one instead. We have purchased them from DQ in the past, but priced Graeter's options. Wow, same price, but the Graeter's is worth twice the money. We have a new 'go to' for ice cream cakes.

Graeters' ice cream is always delicious. The ice cream is good. The factory has left Columbus sadly. My kids still remember watching the workers make fresh ice cream. Now all they have is a video of the history and a great skeleton by the French pots that they use to make the ice cream. It is rather depressing to walk... More
