Have visited FCPBG several times, new exhibits are always terrific and their holiday lighting and music are a seasonal highlight. Admission fees are reasonable and memberships even more so. Highly recommend!

Before Ameriflora 92, Franklin Park & Conservatory was a dump. With the renovations to the park and the conservatory the place has been a gem in Columbus. The four different areas in the conservatory are a great place to see the biodeversity in our world. From a dessert, to the Himalaya mountains, to a jungle rain forest, the place is... More

Almost every time I have visited Columbus I have found the time to stop off at the Conservatory. Lots to see and admire and very nice in the winter time to see greenery.

The permanent gardens are excellent. watch for the rotating exhibits. We once saw Chihuly in The gardens there, which was amazing. There are usually demonstrations in the classroom areas. Good family attraction.

I have visited the conservatory several times over the years, primarily in the winter months. When it gets to be February-March, I need to go and be reminded of the beauty of colors other than Ohio brown. It's always warm and cozy in there. I enjoy the butterflies as there are wonderful photo opportunities. The Chihuly pieces are exquisite as... More

Live the conservatory! The gingerbread houses were on display this visit and were amazing! Great place to go when it's cold outside and you need a little "summertime".

Go visit in spring, summer, fall. Really great place with community gardens and tons of indoor, tropical plants and trees from around the world. Top 10 place to go in columbus.

We had a fun family outing at the Franklin Park Conservatory in December. Though we did not visit the outdoor gardens, there was plenty to see inside on a cold winter day. Our group included 92-year old great grandma, grandparents, parents, and kids, ages 6 & 8. Great grandma was able to walk through the conservatory at her pace, and... More

Every year I see the Blooms and Butterflies exhibit which runs from March to September. I also try to see the orchid exhibit and although it is rarely seen or smelled.....the Corpse Flower.

This is a beautiful place. It's original Victorian building has been extended into a series of different habitats including tropical rain forest. However, the building itself is as beautiful as the plant life. It has many nooks and crannies to explore. It usually has several things going on. When I visited on Boxing Day, it had a lecture downstairs, a... More
