Winter trip made this an indoor experience. Once your imagination began to digest all that was on exhibition, it was spectacular. The many species were more than just interesting. Recommend for anyone, including families. Can’t wait until Spring to get hear.

The Franklin Park Conservatory is wonderful. I'm a regular visitor and never tire of it. Highlights: glass blowing demonstration, butterfly release, etc.. And don't forget to try the Garden Café!

The gardens are wonderful but at Christmas the gingerbread contest is a special treat. Not only do children compete but there are professional bakers who spend weeks on their masterpieces. This begins right after Thanksgiving and is up until Christmas.
