It is pretty need to checkout a gigantic basket. There are bits of wood coming off the basket, so it is in dire need of maintenance. A town employee offered to take our picture which I thought was really nice of him.

We didn't actually get to go to this basket building, but instead went to the Longaberger Homestead where you can get a free tour of the factory and shop. This basket is about 16 miles away from the Homestead and has recently been put up...More

This delightful little village comes alive on weekends, with its quaint galleries and basket shops. The Giant house sized basket is a real basket made from 10 hardwood maple trees and is a real tribute to it's makers, employees of the Longaberger Basket Factory.

Dresden, Ohio where Longaberger Baskets got their start is charming in every way. A trip there would not be complete without a visit to the World's Largest Basket for a photo opportunity. Longaberger lovers will want to see this basket!

We had the opportunity to make several baskets. The basket maker helped my spouse in doing a Harley Davidson basket.

This is Longaberger's headquarters. When we stopped there were no tours available. The staff were very friendly and helpful though. The inside is very well kept. The landscaping is not kept up. Parts of the parking lot are barricaded off.
