I visited this place as I work for a company who exports goods to this port and it was a nice experience to see the so called FELIXSTOWE port.

Visited on a slightly drizzly day, a free (at the moment) car park that have the front rows facing the sea and ships permanently filled. Plenty of spaces with an overflow just around the corner. Great view across to Essex and other parts of Suffolk....More

Sat in the cafe watching the ships being loaded, very awesome to see. Plus there is a foot ferry that leaves from there too.

This is a great place to visit with the Landguard fort right by there , as well .part of the english heritage .site,all the container ships etc ..

Had a lovely Saturday morning with my partner and Mum watching containers being unloaded at the port. Saw 2 ships leave too. Lovely cafe there with outside seating area...very nice indeed.

I think is always worthy a visit, there is the big museum and if you get bored always Harwich
