We visited with 9 people from The Netherlands and had a couple of hours of fun. Nice decoration, espescially the mens bathroom! Nice garden in the back. They don’t have a kitchen, but food can easily be delivered by take-away ;)

This pub states that it is a real pub with good beer and wine etc etc. What a shame then that children are allowed to run around and generally be shouty. Pubs are not playgrounds; they should be a place where adults can relax and...More

Always enjoy popping in for drinks as a lovely friendly pub but not all of us carry much cash and do find it a bit of a cheek to charge customers for using a debit card. Don't recall your sister pub The Nelson charging.

Great beer, home-made pork pies etc - what more do you want ? New landlord (gosh has it been that long already?) has spruced up, but still simply decorated, with genuine 'local' ambience. Only drawback is parking, so be prepared to walk (or cycle).
