This is a well supervised and safe place for children to have fun,during adults shopping trips. The kids love it and make many new friends there. Whilst their parents,aunts,uncles and grandparents can relax with a drink and watch from the seating. Well worth a visit.
They have extended since we last visited and its a big play area. A lot of kids but enough to accommodate. They could do with making the little kids section a bit bigger. An hour of play for £10 for my two kids under 5....More
I took my three children on a Saturday afternoon, they are age 4, 4 and 7 so were off and running as soon as their shoes were off!
As others have said, it gets very busy (although the Galleria was unusually busy that day) but...More
The only negative is that you can not leave the children at this venue (without parents). The hour allocation is reasonable but the children would like to stay longer. Staff are proactive and actually supervising the children.
