Ok well the toboggan is quality and worth a visit but ride often breaks down the queue on a busy day can also kill the experience the toboggan ride system seems very old fashion which is probably why it can stop sometimes. The place is probably best visited when kids at school midweek.

If you like your skiing and looking forward to a good session DONT COME HERE! I'm surprised it hasn't been brought to the attention of health and safety! Most of the slope is not in use as the matts are bald or not starched properly, you can't go all the way to the top on the fast lifts you have... More

Staff are excellent, especially the snowboard instructors who go the extra mile to ensure that everyone has a great lesson together with fun. Learning to snowboard and ski shouldn't be a chore, it should be fun and these instructors certainly make sure you have fun whilst you are safe and learning. The kids love it.

Never been before and although we had a good time, the place is really run down. The fencing where you line up for the toboggan is all rickety & wobbly with nails sticking out of the wood which is an accident waiting to happen. The toboggan winch kept failing and having to be re started by staff, a lot of... More

Not a bad day out for the family however the entire site is in poor repair and requires substantial investment now. Don't let it get any worse guys ! You will lose business, this could be a brilliant venue as it once was !!

This review is about the skiing aspect only. Went on a Thursday night with my wife and a friend and the only positive comment and I can make is that it was quiet and the beer was cold! Paid at reception and went through to the ski room to get our skis, waited 15 minutes for someone to appear from... More

took kids at half term to the Chatham ski centre. Easy to find, parking good, got there on opening time but people had been in Q since 9.30, so we had to wait 30 minutes between each ride. Definitely worth it as a lot of fun, just don't break too hard depending on how nervous you are! so with patience,... More

I have lived local to the ski centre for 30 years and learnt to ski here. Continual underinvestment has seen this place become dangerous (half of the ski slope is section off and has been for over a year). This place has so much potential but the family who run business wont put here hand in their pockets. Lets hope... More

Great ski slope, not crowded. Toboggan run is fun and food is cooked fresh. Great day out for all the family and not expensive

Highly recommended, little bit worn around the edges but it isn't a show home, it's used (daily) can be very busy on the bob sleigh but well worth a visit, good price too :-)

Thank filrite
