The Kings Hall is one of the few old theatres left standing. Nice to see it is still used and reasonably well attended. We saw a 60's Band concert with the Merseybeats, Dave Berry, Steve Ellis and Vanity Fare. Great bands from the sixties. Really enjoyed the music. The only disappointment was the excessive licensed bar charges and the cappuccino... More

Went here to watch a show. The venue had a lovely atmosphere, was clean, had wonderful pictures displayed from a competition which it was obvious to see its a place that is part of the community. Has a good snack area which appears to be reasonable priced with the added bonus of beautiful view of the sea.

Best craft fair I have attended for a while. Well set out stalls selling good quality pieces at attractive prices. The art work was beautiful, along with everything else a lovely time on a chilly day. Great cup of tea at the café inside.

Two tribute acts at their best. Mike Appleton as Buble was superb as opening act and Dan Maines as Gary Barlow was also fantastic. The nice surprise of the evening was when his band members of Rule the World came on and help him out with a few numbers starting off with Shine. Then Mike Appleton and Dan Maines came... More

We went to see Reg E Mental a local magician at the Kings Hall today and he was fab. Parking is sparse on event days so make sure to leave a good 15 minutes for searching for a spot - or park a little way out and walk the last 5 minutes. There is a small serving hatch that offers... More

Queen Tribute Band were great and it was nice to see a packed audience who appreciated them. Herne Bay Promo are certainly pulling out all stops at the moment to make sure our local Kings Hall gets fully booked up with good tribute bands. Also saw Fake That and The Jersey Boys last year too. Never ever disappointed when I... More

There is usually quite a good variety of performances here which is good for local tourism. The regular Craft Fair with stallholders from around the country is worth a visit but the poor lighting in the Hall does nothing for the individual Craft displays and requires individual extra lighting equipment. Perhaps this could be addressed for the benefit of other... More

Out walking on a sunny Sunday from Reculver to Herne Bay we stumbled upon The Kings Hall for sustenance!! Basic cuppa was fine and wondered around a Train/model fair. Nice seaside hall/venue in great position.
