A Herne Bay park

It is rather difficult to know what to say about Curtis Wood park, apart from the fact that your dog would absolutely love it.

Although this is a very beautiful and peaceful area to walk around, it's being ruined by irresponsible dog owners who let their dogs poo everywhere and don't pick it up. After accidentally running my pram through a turd and having to clean the tyres, the boot of my car and my partner having to clean his hands, which were covered... More

While curtis woods is not huge, it is certainly pretty. My 9 year old, the dog and I have spent many an hour wandering around here; in summer and splashing in mud in winter. We often print fact sheets off the internet and do some tree / flower spotting or a butterfly hunt... or something of the sort. If you... More
