Really nice things for the children to play on and a reasonable amount of free parking spaces by the library this is a lovely open area to exercise the dogs - or your legs. Not a lot of flowers but a good open walk.

Lots of grass popular with dog walkers. Walked past on the way to the crematorium and it was nice to see the open space in amongst all the houses.

This park is lovely. It's a great place to take the kids with a separate play area just for them. It is popular with dog walkers too. There is a separate garden at the top of the park with lovely shrubs and flowers. There is also parking.

I have been to this park several times. We had a gathering one day and about 60 of us had a picnic, the children played football and a good time was had by all. The park is big so there was still plenty of room for other visitors. The childrens' play area is in need of upgrading and there is... More

I have been using this park for years. Lots to do especially the Secret Garden, which I have shared for years with all my family and friends. You can get a fob to enter this from the office near Northdown House, very good.

as someone who passionately believes in recreational space, it's vital this place exists. A big green open space for everyone to enjoy. One of my favourite places in Thanet. Good that the library is on hand too.

Northdown park is a very large area that includes a cricket ground, football pitch and fenced off play area and also a library and small car park. At the back of the park you will find Northdown house and it's beautiful gardens that you are welcome to walk around. The newly installed play area has plenty for all ages and... More

Northdown Park was once part of a farm estate that once stretch out to the coast. Now long developed into housing, the park stands in almost defiance, refusing to give way to the demands of of concrete and steel. It has a small and attractive enclosed garden for the public to visit and also a garden again enclosed for children... More
