I have met with friends for lunch at Holden Wood on a number of occasions and not been disappointed. The staff have always been welcoming and efficient and the food is nicely presented and good value for money.

You won't be disappointed, wonderful eating place attached, set in lovely countryside. Ten minutes drive away fantastic woodland walk round a picturesque reservoir. You can while away an afternoon easily if you combine both.

I love little antique places with lots of small things to look at! Shame my family was rushing me or I would have spent much longer, and more money here! Great fun.
