Quirky location but impressive none the less. Amazing noise and cool amphitheatre type shape also some grass and picnic tables so you can take a break from walking here

Did a round walk from Hawes as a large family group ranging from 5 years old to 68years old ...... All were very impressed with the falls and worth the walk. The weather was fabulous so made it even better.

Couldn't have asked for better weather for our Yorkshire weekend. Decided to visit the great Hardraw force. You need to go through the village pub (who own the land) to get to the force and it's worth every penny of the entrance fee (£8 for al, four of us) My son and I decided to go behind her for the... We visited Hardraw Force as part of a 10km walking route. The entrance to the force is through the Green Dragon Inn (dating back to the 13th century!). Where the staff will take your payment of £2.50 for access. The paths from the inn to the force are well kept and accessible for everyone including pushchairs and wheelchairs. You can... More

We went to hardware several years ago and was amazed by its beauty. The surrounding area was so peaceful , considering you access the falls through a pub. The walk to the fall is breathtaking. This time visiting hawes we didn't get chance to go see the falls again

Force in full flow, really spectacular. Slightly wet to get there, and £2.50 fee through pub , but well worth every penny!

The pub counter may have changed but the rustic and mustiness of the Green Dragon is as I recall it. More work had been done on the coffee shop and visitor centre which is reached following a toll of £2.50 per head to see the waterfall. There is a well defined and metalled track which leads you to the falls... More

Definitely worth the visit if you are up on the Yorkshire dales! It is truly beautiful! Great picture taking and lovely place. Unfortunately the woman in the Green Dragon Inn is as miserable as they come. And though, yes the Inn is up for sale and they are moving on, service with a smile doesn't cost a penny! Really begrudged... More

Great value as there had been heavy rain overnight Pay £2.50 to the landlady and its a 10 minute walk be careful if you intend to walk under the waterfall as its very slippery Great pint of Guiness but strange landlady..!

We followed sat nat into the village and nearly missed the sign on the green dragon pub advertising the waterfall parking in their carpark. Well worth the £2.50 admittance to see the beautiful waterfall.
