This place is lovely, it's kind of like a cottage style spa so it's tranquil. Don't get me wrong it isn't he most luxurious spas in he North East however it's decent, decent prices, and heated treatment beds which I really love. I do hope since my visit something has been done about it but this lady who I believe... More

I'm sorry to say that overall I found this spa disappointing. I think it is run mainly for the people who work there!! Whose attitude to customers is cold and unwelcoming. Although one girl was very professional and friendly. Certainly not encouraged to go again when there are other more friendly- and cheaper- services available. Hope the owner reads this... More

I returned to the spa recently for a pedicure and some waxing treatments. The treatments were very relaxing and pedicure first class. The spa is separate from the hotel located opposite which closed recently- I highly recommend the spa not only for its relaxing facilities but for regular beauty treatments. I live locally and much prefer the quiet setting and... More

I originally bought a deal off groupon for this spa, It is clean and tidy only let down is that there isn't a pool but has everything else and more. We loved it so much we have booked to go back again!

Visited spa (seperate from hotel) we found spa fairly easy.. Friendly staff, clean and modern facilities. Relaxing atmosphere. Compact Dining area, well run All soft drinks, tea, coffee etc free. Food was good. Had couple treatments, very relaxing The only possible drawback was, no pool. An outside hot tub could also be an idea. Would highly recommend, and would definitely return.

Lovely clean spa but I have been to better, the price should be included in the hotel cost. They would benefit greatly from a hot tub or outdoor heated pool. We were in for an hour and that was ample time. They need to provide comfy seats so you can chill out and relax.

I visited this spa yesterday with a friend and what a beautiful, relaxing spa it truly is! I thoroughly enjoyed my day and my favourite part was most definitely the back neck and shoulder massage that I received from one of the lovely therapists! I was taken upstairs to a gorgeous candle lit room which very intimate and cosy! I... More

This was my second visit to the Decoro Spa again with a visiting friend, our last pamper day was July last year having read the recent reviews I must admit I had reservations about going back again. My friend and I decided to go for it and thank goodness we did, a personalised package was created for us both including... More
