Lovely place and the lavender beds smell divine, so peaceful and the places to sit were just at the right points of interest to soak up the information, well done English Heritage. The audio information was excellent.
Even in the pouring rain it is just a magnificent reminder of how wealthy some religious communities were to be able to build these places. Without needing to recognise the spirituality ,this is a really tranquil space and the audio guide brings an extra dimension
