Staff at the spa (including receptionists and cleaners) were friendly and helpful. The spa has great facilities, with a beautiful pool and well equipped gym. Definitely worth a visit

Spa was beautiful staff were helpful we had buffet lunch included it was delicious. I had a head massage which was so relaxing. Spa facilities were amazing and very relaxing would definitely visit again.

Hi Lilacbunn, you have to be over the age of 18 to be allowed into the thermal suite and spa.

This hotel does not have a dress code, although most people dress smart casual for dinner.
