This was an amazing day which was far beyond any other experience we tried during our one week in Oswestry. The staff were extremely kind and helpful and I would definitely recommend it to anyone, especially if you have a family. Definitely 5*.

Had a lovely visit here to see santa and take a ride on a steam train. Good value for money and a very authentic place.

This was a brilliant day organised by my partner as a Birthday present. The guys at Llynclys are among the most devoted heritage railway enthusiasts I have ever met and if the line is ultimately able to join Oswestry visitor numbers will surely increase massively....More

Set in a small shed alongside the old railway, this was a small but densely packed little museum with a lot of information and many artefacts relating to the Cambrian Railway and to railway history in general. Though at times it looked a little shabby...More

Even if you're not a railway buff, and I don't think I am, then this is still an interesting place. The museum is a higgled piggled hot potch of memorabilia laid out in no particular pattern, that I could see, but it worked.
