Thoroughly enjoyable. Pity dogs not allowed in hangers as too hot a day to leave in car. Still some exterior planes to view.

A visit to the RAF Aircraft Museum is a must for history buffs where Fighter Craft from WWII to the Cold War from both sides of the war are immaculately preserved and displayed. It doesnt hurt that the entrance is free too!

Very crowded day. The Exhibition is well thought out and designed with minimum foot wear-and-tear. Any ex-RAF member should see something they remember or recall flying in, or working on. Perhaps just seeing fly bye when they were on base.

This is a fantastic museum! £4 to park then free entry. The exhibits are excellent and the Cold war display is phenomenal. You can spend hours here with plenty to do with children too. Highly recommended.

Good aircraft museum. The newish, cold war area is a good memory jogger for me. Lots to see. Good day out for family of all ages.

We visited Cosford RAF Museum on the Saturday of the May Bank Holiday. A brilliantly sunny day that seemed to have kept most people outside and away, so the place didn't feel overly busy - mind you it's a big place so maybe it never...More

I visited this attraction because I had worked closely with the RAF during my service in the MOD Police. It is an excellent attraction, free entry but you have to pay for parking which to me is a small contribution. The Hangars are set out...More

Approximately 0.8 miles from the station, a relatively flat walk with a small ascent to the museum entrance.
