Historic Monument close to Halse Farm Camping en route to Tarr Steps. Protected by a folly and a good landmark on a hike across the moors.

It is just a stone, not sure can say much else. I am sure there is much to know about it but you would have to research this yourself.

This is the best stone on Exmoor bar none. Not to be missed. We have visited twice. Can't wait to return. Highly recommended.

A strange stone from way back in antiquity - check out it's history on-line. Easy to find on the moor - has it's own 'little house' to protect it. Close to Tarr Steps - so take it in at the same time.

Old piece of history well preserved in an amazing spot on Exmoor. Enjoy the walk or just park up by it.
