Walked across from Holiday Inn to discover this lovely park with beautiful flower display and park with lots of equipment for toddlers and older children to enjoy. Nice for a walk as well.

Lovely place to go, the kids enjoy the play park, plenty of space to on the grass and play and have picnics. There are picnic tablets but some times it hard to get them so the grass is just as good and the kids enjoy...More

Nice to walk round and the pathways are good for disabled in wheelchairs or on a scooter Nice views of the grounds and also of the castle on upper level and very near to Ankerside shopping centre and the town centre

We came here primarily to see the statue of The Lady of the Mercians which stands proudly outside the castle. I was very impressed with the grounds overall which are kept immaculate and it is near the lovely River Tame

I have seen dogs in the grounds so don't think there is a problem
