I wasn´t expecting much but the museum was a brilliant surprise. It´s laid out in a very modern, interactive way around touch screens that let you find out more and the context of each object. Means you can read exactly what you are interested in...More

This is a charming little museum. Local histories are told through a series of objects with text and audio. I like that it tells the stories of ordinary people from Croydon.

This is a fab museum for children in particular, a great place to take your little ones on a wet afternoon. They have great dispalys there and great resources for children and dressing up box.

This local wonder is fantastic. It's free and ram packed with volunteers who are keen to share their wisdom and knowledge of Croydon. Ideal for a day out in the school holidays when the weather is bleak.

We had a great visit but not enough time to enjoy it properly.Friendly passionate staff. They are eager to explain the exhibits but not intrusive. They are also helpful with other information about the local area. If I am down there again I will definitely...More

With time to spare while visiting the David Lean cinema we discovered the museum which has been put together so cleverly with contributions from Croydon residents and friends. It is designed in neat sections so you can save an area for a later visit which...More
